First may we express our pleasure that you have taken the time to look at our site. We hope that what you have seen so far encourages you to join our group so that you can become part of our RolePlay family.

If this is indeed your choice, then we, the administration of the Ice Wolf have a simple request.

Recently the group has been inudated with membership requests from bots, and persons who have no intent of using the site as it was meant. These lists must be worked manually each day to ensure that genuine members are able to join as quickly as possible and begin play with us. If you have recently made an application to join the group, and found that your account is not yet active, it is possible that you have been mistaken for a bot and that your application was deleted.

To prevent this happening and to aid us in sifting the genuine applications from the fake, please take the time to write a short email to the administration team. It need not be an essay, or indeed anything longer than two or three lines. This email is simply to demonstrate that you are a real person with intent to roleplay, or, at the very least, a person of a roleplaying mind perhaps looking for others with similar intrests.

This email need only contain the date of your application, the user name you have chosen and the email address you have joined with. These simple steps will allow admin to find you and ensure that your application to join us is finalised as soon as may be.
